Site Agent

A leading Construction company is looking for experienced & qualified
persons to fill the above position Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and safe execution of the project(s) at site under strict time & cost schedules.
• Prepare, review and cause to be approved the Project execution plan.
• Develop procedures and schedules to ensure they are realistic andachievable.
• Ensure timely placing of site requisition, delivery and secure storage of material.
• Ensure periodic preparation, submission of acceptable certificates of payment to the Consultant / Engineer and ensure approval is granted as per contract terms.
• Monitor progress of work, budgets, costs, schedules and take appropriate action.
• Ensure that accurate, effective and timely site contractual documentation is maintained as per conditions of contract
• Maintain effective communication with all concerned including employer, engineer, employees and neighbours.
• Compile accurate daily, weekly and monthly site production reports and have them delivered to the required persons.
• Manage the site, Supervise the teams, inspire the staff to ensure performance and objectives are met at highest productivity level.
• Review work force adequacy, funding, plant utilization and project risks and take appropriate action.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of science in Civil Engineering
• Full registered Engineer with Minimum of 10 years experience in site design, management and construction.
